Deals with implementing the Civil Service Retirement Law and in exacting  all of the rights of retiring employees, determining policy and providing  guidance to government Ministries.

Represents the Commission in forums, in the Ministry of Finance and in  inter-Ministry and professional committees.

Consolidates directives and handling methods within the framework of activating the agreements regarding the transfer of Government employees from a budgetary pension to a cumulative pension.
