Supervises the development and operation of methods and tools for recruiting, classifying and choosing candidates for employment in the Civil Service.
Purposes of the Unit
To choose the best employees who are most suited to work in the Civil Service, according to the organization's needs and within the available manpower, while preserving the principles of equal opportunity, suitability and fairness towards the citizens who are competing for available positions.
