Supervises the application of professional policy of the Civil Service Commission in the field of human resource management for units of the Government Ministries, and operates as a combined unit regarding personal matters and standards.
Responsible for matters of organization, propriety, classification, organizational investigations, personal matters, absorption, service conditions, advancement, separation and retirement.
Represents the Civil Service Commission in negotiations with employee representatives regarding wage agreements.
Implements supervisory activities over human resource management in the Ministries.
Maintains continuous communication with the management of the Ministries regarding the matters under the responsibility of the Unit.
