Supervises application of the professional policy of the Civil Service Commission in the field of human resource management for the units of the security services, and operates as a combined unit regarding personal and standard matters.
Responsible for matters of organization, propriety, classification, organizational investigations, personal matters, absorption, service conditions, advancement, separation and retirement.
Represents the Civil Service Commission in negotiations with employee representatives regarding wage agreements and service conditions for the units of the security services.
Implements supervisory activities over human resource management in the security services in all spheres.
Maintains continuous communication with the management of the security service units regarding the matters under its responsibility.
