Supervises implementation of the Civil Service Commission's professional policy in relation to the senior administrative staff, whose positions are graded at the level of 43 and higher, and parallel grades (up to the level of general managers and grades parallel to the level of general managers).
Development of the senior staff.
Prepares personal contracts for general managers, grades parallel to general managers and employees of the senior staff of the Civil Service.
Supervises additional matters, such as the compensation committee, work disputes, parity committees and research grade employees.
