Supervises application of the professional policy of the Civil Service Commission in the field of human resource management in the units of the health system, and operates as a combined unit regarding personal matters and standards.
Responsible for matters of organization, propriety, classification, organizational investigations, personal matters, absorption, service conditions, advancement, separation and retirement.
Represents the Civil Service Commission in negotiations with employee representatives regarding wage agreements in the health system.
Implements supervisory activities over human resource management in the system.
Maintains continuous communication with the management of the Ministry of Health and the associated units in the Ministry regarding matters under its responsibility.
