Supervises staff work and consolidation of policy regarding service conditions, propriety and development of human resources
Responsible for publication of circulars and implementation instructions to the Ministries for application of agreements, such as advancement arrangements, jubilee grants, seniority adjustments, food and travel expenses, and more.
Consolidates procedures and methods for organizational inspections and development of estimation tools for organizational changes.
Responsible for development of general rules of propriety, verification and professional terms for handling the standard.
Supervises updating and development of inter-Ministerial arrangements, position paths, job descriptions and requirements.
Maintains on-going communication with factors in the Finance and other Ministries for general coordination and consolidation.
