Supervises implementation of the provisions of the Civil Service Law (Discipline) 5723-1963, and responsible for its implementation in the Service.
Directs disciplinary policy and its application in Government Ministries; carries out independent investigations; professionally directs and supervises disciplinary investigators, who are professional employees of the Unit working in the Ministries.
Presents summonses for trial before the Disciplinary Court to Government employees.
Advises the Civil Service Commissioner regarding decision-making deliberations in the field of discipline in the Civil Service.
